What you study This course develops your project management knowledge to a high level. You learn how to manage projects with PRINCE2, a project management method used to manage, control and organise projects. You also learn about key project management issues for all disciplines like strategic project management and risk management. We also integrate essential IT management topics around e-commerce and information systems management. You will develop sufficient technical and interpersonal skills to make an immediate contribution to major projects at the leading edge of IT management.
