PS Please submit a letter addressed to the Chairman of the Graduate Committee in the department of systems and industrial engineering. The letter should be less than two pages in length and describe your personal objectives in pursuing an advanced degree in our program. This is an occasion to tell us something about yourself, your goals in life and your future career, and to provide us with information that we might not be able to obtain from official transcripts and other documents. Fee Non-Degree-Seeking: $95 (Applicant must hold an eligible U.S. visa and verify eligibility with the UA International Student Services office. Current F1, J1 and B1/B2 visa holders do not qualify.);Degree-Seeking: $95 RL These recommendations are written by former professors or other people who have direct information about your academic background. There is no special form for these letters, which should be addressed to the Chairman of the Graduate Committee in the department of systems and industrial engineering. Ask the professors to write letters on the official letterhead of the university with which they are associated. Please send three letters of recommendation. Transcript Applicants must submit official transcripts and official certification of degrees to the Graduate College and to the department. The minimum entrance requirement is a grade point average of 3.0 on the last 60 units of coursework.
