TOEFL
International applicants must take the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL).
A minimum score of 550 on the TOEFL (paper) or 83 on the TOEFL (computer) is required for admission. The TOEFL exam may be waived for international students who have taken and successfully passed a freshman composition course at an accredited university in the United States.
GRE
In general, we look for potential excellence in our graduate students, whether this manifests itself in a high grade-point average, strong letters of recommendation, or high Graduate Record Examination (GRE) scores.

This should be a concise, well-written essay about your background and your reasons for pursuing graduate study in the field you have chosen. Fee
The application fee for the 2017-17 academic year is $105 for domestic applicants and $125 for international applicants. This fee can be paid by credit card or e-check (the e-check option is only available if you have a U.S. bank account).

All recommendation letters are required to be submitted electronically through the online application. You must register a minimum of three recommenders, and as many as five, via the Recommendations page of the online application.
