PS Personal statement is required Fee Non-refundable application fee ($75) for each program to which an applicant applies RL Recommendations (three required for all programs-with a preference for one professional and two academic-for all MPP candidates; one academic and two professional for all MPM candidates and; no less than two academic required (may submit one professional) for all doctoral level candidates) Transcript The Graduate Admissions Office must receive the complete application. Unofficial transcripts in the original language with literal English translations may be uploaded in the online application.  Official transcripts must be submitted once the applicant has been offered admission.  In some circumstances official transcripts may be requested prior to issuing a final admission decision. Translations should not be interpretive and actual names of all degrees, diplomas, and certificates must appear in the translation. Only applicants who have completed the full sequence of preparatory studies and examinations equivalent to a U.S. bachelor's degree from an approved institution, and who have met the University of Maryland College Park admissions criteria, will be considered.
