Personal statement is required for all applicants. Include a description of your research and/or work experience and how it has prepared you for graduate study in biomedical engineering. There is no minimum/maximum length requirement.
GPA
A GPA of at least 3.5 on a 4.0 scale is preferred (but not required) for admission the Ph.D. program, and at least 3.2 is preferred (but not required) for the M.S.
CV
Resume or CV is required for all applicants. Include education, research/work/teaching experience, publication/presentation citations, and leadership/service.

International: $95.00

You must submit at least three (3) letters of recommendation. If you wish, you may submit up to four (4) letters.
Letters should be from faculty instructors and/or research supervisors from institutions where you attended class and/or performed research. If you are presently enrolled in a graduate program, you must include a letter from your current advisor.
If you are currently working in industry, you may provide letters from your supervisor(s), but we would like at least one recommendation from academia if at all possible.
