PS A goals statement:This is a chance for you to demonstrate your writing skills while also introducing yourself. Your goals statement should be between 1-3 pages and describe how your career has evolved, what your current professional goals are, and how an MS in Real Estate Development will help you further those goals. If you are an entrepreneur, please be sure to include a discussion of your company and/or investment portfolio. If you are not currently working in the real estate industry (either directly or peripherally), please explain your interest in pursuing an MS in Real Estate Development and comment on your transferable skills. You will need to demonstrate a compelling motive and evidence that you will be able to contribute to classroom discussions and projects related to the construction, investment, and operation of commercial, mixed-use, multi-family, or large-scale residential developments CV Résumé is required. Fee Online application and application fee ($75) - Application fees are nonrefundable. RL Professional recommendations are sent and received electronically as part of the online application. One professional recommendation is required. Transcript Each transcript needs to include course names, all grades received, cumulative GPA, and degree conferral information. The Office of Graduate Admissions does not require official transcripts for your application to be reviewed for admission. We require unofficial copies of your transcripts for application review.
