TOEFL
The TOEFL requirement is 92 (internet-based test).
IELTS
For IELTS, a minimum score of 6.5 is required.
GRE
GRE is not required if you have a GPA of 3.0+ in the same engineering area.This is required by all international applicants and must be submitted electronically to UC (with the exception of UC undergraduates in some departments. GRE is not required for any student that receives their BS degree from an ABET accredited University in the US.

Fee
For all programs, there is a non-refundable $80.00 application fee that must be submitted with the University application. The fee can be paid with a credit card or electronic check only. The fee must be paid at the time of submitting the University application. We do not offer application fee waivers.

Two letters of recommendation are required.
Transcript
Official transcripts will no longer be required by the Graduate School for an admissions decision. For admission consideration, only a scanned copy of the transcript is required.Transcripts are considered official when they arrive directly from the school in a sealed envelope. The Graduate School will accept transcripts first received by the applicant and then forwarded to the Graduate School, provided that the transcripts stay in their original, sealed envelope. Once the applicant or someone outside the University of Cincinnati opens the transcript envelope, the Graduate School can no longer accept the transcript as official.
