GPA A grade-point average (GPA) of 3.2 or better (on a 4.0 scale) Fee International students pay a $125 fee in Fall 2018 and Spring 2018, but there will be no international student fee charged in Summer 2018 RL Three to four letters of recommendation to be submitted electronically. Transcript Official transcripts are not required by the Graduate School at the time of application, but are required from all students who accept an offer of admission to the university. The Graduate School accepts electronic transcripts sent directly by the school as official transcripts. These documents can be sent to grad.info@uc.edu.
