#262626;">Z同學(xué)在大一期間成績(jī)底子就比較好，由于很早就開始關(guān)注我們公眾號(hào)，超前規(guī)劃意識(shí)很強(qiáng)，執(zhí)行力也很不錯(cuò)。</span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="color: #262626;">雖然本科就讀于人力資源管理，但日常有對(duì)會(huì)計(jì)知識(shí)的學(xué)習(xí)，在大二時(shí)就已經(jīng)在備考ACCA，<strong>職業(yè)規(guī)劃是很清晰的</strong>。較為薄弱的部分是軟實(shí)力在大一期間沒有積累，<strong>對(duì)于校內(nèi)外可以接觸到的途徑缺乏了解</strong>。</span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="color: #262626;"><strong>因此，我們給Z同學(xué)的規(guī)劃，主要從兩方面著手</strong>：</span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="color: #262626;">1.教育背景優(yōu)勢(shì)保持，盡可能轉(zhuǎn)專業(yè)/雙學(xué)位/輔修，<strong>消除跨申劣勢(shì)。</strong></span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="color: #262626;">2.<strong>軟實(shí)力</strong>的快速補(bǔ)充。</span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="color: #262626;"><strong>對(duì)于商科來說，最重要的就是實(shí)習(xí)</strong>，但由于缺乏其他相關(guān)經(jīng)歷，直接用空白簡(jiǎn)歷投遞企業(yè)實(shí)習(xí)無異于“以卵擊石”。</span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="color: #262626;">因此<strong>盡快提升技能，增加對(duì)口項(xiàng)目、競(jìng)賽經(jīng)歷，豐富簡(jiǎn)歷</strong>，是Z同學(xué)成為啟明星學(xué)員后第一個(gè)需要攻克的難點(diǎn)。</span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="color: #262626;">其中，尤其是實(shí)習(xí)經(jīng)歷，大部分公司會(huì)提前半年開放申請(qǐng)（也就是在大三寒假，投遞大三暑假的實(shí)習(xí)，或者在大二暑假，投遞大三寒假的實(shí)習(xí)）。</span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="color: #262626;">由于會(huì)計(jì)師事務(wù)所年底招聘需求大的業(yè)務(wù)特性，我們非常建議Z同學(xué)去嘗試大三寒假的實(shí)習(xí)機(jī)會(huì)，這也就要求Z同學(xué)在大二暑假前就需要準(zhǔn)備好一份漂亮的簡(jiǎn)歷。因此，留給背景提升的時(shí)間，看似兩年之久，實(shí)則只有一年。</span></p> <p> </p> <h1><span style="color: #ffffff;"><strong>分模塊規(guī)劃&提升效果  </strong></span></h1> <p> </p> <h2><span style="color: #1890ff;"><strong>教育背景：</strong></span></h2> <p> </p> <p><span style="color: #262626;">大一時(shí)，Z同學(xué)就讀于管理學(xué)院下的人力資源管理專業(yè)，而進(jìn)入大學(xué)后，Z同學(xué)慢慢發(fā)現(xiàn)自己對(duì)于財(cái)務(wù)工作有著更多的熱愛，想要在這個(gè)領(lǐng)域長(zhǎng)久的進(jìn)行職業(yè)發(fā)展，因此產(chǎn)生了<strong>研究生轉(zhuǎn)專業(yè)申請(qǐng)</strong>的想法。</span></p> #262626;">起初，Z同學(xué)打算在研究生申請(qǐng)時(shí)，通過“硬跨申”來達(dá)到轉(zhuǎn)專業(yè)的目的。然而，在了解了Z同學(xué)的院校政策后，我們驚喜的發(fā)現(xiàn)，由于暨南大學(xué)<strong>友好的轉(zhuǎn)專業(yè)政策</strong>，Z同學(xué)還留有一個(gè)學(xué)期的窗口期，可以以較低的修課成本轉(zhuǎn)入會(huì)計(jì)學(xué)專業(yè)。</span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="color: #262626;">因此，Z同學(xué)火速搭上了轉(zhuǎn)專業(yè)末班車，并在<strong>大二下學(xué)期成功轉(zhuǎn)入會(huì)計(jì)學(xué)</strong>。</span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="color: #262626;"><img #262626;">在專業(yè)方面的對(duì)口度解決以后，總成績(jī)以及核心課程分?jǐn)?shù)成為了第二個(gè)階段的重點(diǎn)目標(biāo)。對(duì)于Z同學(xué)而言，距離申請(qǐng)還有<strong>4個(gè)學(xué)期</strong>，因此我們給她制定的目標(biāo)是<strong>每學(xué)期進(jìn)步0.5分，總成績(jī)保88，沖刺90</strong>。</span></p> #262626;">其中尤其對(duì)于低分的課程，需要在大三結(jié)束前完成重修，才不會(huì)對(duì)申請(qǐng)?jiān)斐捎绊?。此外，轉(zhuǎn)專業(yè)后需要利用有限時(shí)間，盡快補(bǔ)充會(huì)計(jì)學(xué)的基礎(chǔ)和核心課程，確保體現(xiàn)足夠的學(xué)術(shù)能力，增加審理時(shí)的說服力。</span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="color: #262626;">最終，在Z同學(xué)的不懈努力下，即使積累了很多軟經(jīng)歷，也沒有分散提升成績(jī)的精力，<strong>最終以89.1的分?jǐn)?shù)進(jìn)行了申請(qǐng)投遞</strong>。</span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="color: #262626;">過程中，同學(xué)對(duì)單體公司進(jìn)行詳細(xì)的財(cái)務(wù)分析，計(jì)算主要財(cái)務(wù)比率，對(duì)公司盈利能力、盈利質(zhì)量、營運(yùn)能力等進(jìn)行橫向及縱向比較分析，并從價(jià)值投資與技術(shù)面分析兩方面，對(duì)公司股價(jià)進(jìn)行合理估值建模。</span></p> #262626;">雖然挑戰(zhàn)杯的創(chuàng)業(yè)性質(zhì)，以及文創(chuàng)類的主題與Z同學(xué)的會(huì)計(jì)學(xué)申請(qǐng)方向并不一致，但由于可以完全以“項(xiàng)目”為導(dǎo)向積累經(jīng)歷，<strong>并且能夠在落地項(xiàng)目的過程中，體現(xiàn)財(cái)務(wù)分析、市場(chǎng)預(yù)測(cè)的技能</strong>，因此對(duì)于很多商科申請(qǐng)的同學(xué)來說，<strong>創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)比賽反而是一個(gè)非常好的初期渠道</strong>。</span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="color: #262626;">這個(gè)項(xiàng)目最終在“挑戰(zhàn)杯”大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)計(jì)劃競(jìng)賽取得了<strong>銀獎(jiǎng)</strong>的好成績(jī)，并成功在<strong>廣東省獲得省級(jí)立項(xiàng)</strong>。</span></p> style="color: #262626;">作為會(huì)計(jì)專業(yè)的學(xué)生，Z同學(xué)一直非常向往四大會(huì)計(jì)事務(wù)所的工作狀態(tài)，因此從簽約后，我們就緊鑼密鼓的籌備著四大的寒假實(shí)習(xí)申請(qǐng)。</span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="color: #262626;">尤其是<strong>港中深的碩士項(xiàng)目的夏令營機(jī)制，每年末提前開放申請(qǐng)，整個(gè)準(zhǔn)備工作需要提前半年進(jìn)行</strong>。因此，Z同學(xué)也在安永實(shí)習(xí)結(jié)束后，在今年3月早早開啟申請(qǐng)投遞，也早早在24fall鎖定了<strong>香港大學(xué)、香港中文大學(xué)深圳校區(qū)的3枚offer</strong>。</span></p>
